Katina Clark’s career of conventional and military property management has placed her in roles such as a Leasing Consultant, Assistant Manager, Property Manager, Area Manager, Regional Manager, and Assistant Director of Operations. Over the past 20 years, she has led and managed acquisitions, dispositions, garden-style, high-rise, renovations, new construction, and lease-ups. She received a Bachelor of Arts and holds CPM and ARM certification. Katina’s is responsible for:

• Attainment of key performance indicators
• Capital projects and support of asset strategy
