RealSource Properties’ Advisor Portal (the “Portal”) is a technology platform (“Site”) that
permits companies, prospective investors, collaborators, and administrators to independently
use the Site (the “Service”). By accessing the Site or using the Service in any manner, you
become a website user (“User”).

RealSource Properties is sensitive to the confidentiality of your personal information and has
created this Privacy Policy to demonstrate RealSource Properties’ commitment to online
privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to all information you provide to RealSource Properties, or
RealSource Properties obtains from you, through the RealSource Properties Website, Site, and
Portal. By using the Website, you consent to and accept this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree
to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, do not use this Website, Portal, Site, or
Service.

As explained below, RealSource Properties collects information from users (“you”, “your”, or
“User”) in various ways when you interact with our Site. By using our Site, you consent to our
collection and use of information as explained in this Privacy Notice and agree to be bound by
our Terms of Use. Please note that if you choose to invest in any prospect, project, or offering
advertised on our Site, you will be required to agree to a separate agreement, including, but
not limited to, new or additional privacy notices or Terms of Use.

Collection of Information

RealSource Properties collects non-personally identifiable information from you regarding your
usage of our Site (“Non-Personally Identifiable Information”). Non-Personally Identifiable
Information may include, without limitation, Site pages viewed, browser type, operating
system, organization name, internet connection speed, time spent viewing pages of our Site or
using certain features of our Site, demographic data such as server locations, clickstream data,
location services, documents and videos viewed, cookies existing on your computer, date and
time of access or visits to our Site, frequency of visits to our Site, and other information which
does not specifically identify you. RealSource Properties collects this information using various
technologies (some of which are described below), including, but not limited to, cookies, web
session variables, and server log files. “Cookies” are pieces of information that may be placed
on your computer by a Site for the purpose of facilitating and enhancing your communication
and interaction with that Site. “Server logs” can be either a single log file or several log files
automatically created and maintained by a server of activity performed by the server, which
can include information about any transaction you conduct with the server. RealSource
Properties also collects personal information from you (“Personally Identifiable Information”)
when you sign up for an account, send an email through the Site, or make an investment
through the Site. Personally Identifiable Information refers to non-public information that
personally relates to or identifies you (such as your name, password, age and date of birth,
email address, postal mailing address, home/mobile telephone number, Social Security number
and/or taxpayer identification number, Internet protocol (“IP”) address, assets and income, and
other similar information, or other information you provide or upload to the Site such as
identity documents, answers to questionnaires, or responses filled in on blank forms by you
made available on the Site). We request that you provide RealSource Properties with personal
information, including, but not limited to, your demographic information, financial information,
suitability, and other information requested from time to time. RealSource Properties may also
collect and store information, which could include Non-Personally Identifiable Information or
Personally Identifiable Information, locally on your computer or device using mechanisms such
as browser web storage or application data caches.

Use of Information

RealSource Properties will use information you provide consistent with this Privacy Notice.
RealSource Properties will use information you provide to us, including Non-Personally
Identifiable Information or Personally Identifiable Information, to better serve you and enhance
your experience with the Site, among other things.

RealSource Properties may use Non-Personally Identifiable Information and Personally
Identifiable Information: (1) to provide services and products requested by you; (2) to enable
our vendors and contractors to provide and assist RealSource Properties in the operation,
troubleshooting, and analysis of our Site and other services; (3) to deliver email messages like
e-signature notifications and document download links; (4) to verify User information; (5) to
comply with and meet any regulatory requirements for the offer or sale of securities required
by law, rules or regulations to our affiliates or members; (6) to protect our Site or its Users; (7)
to engage in any other lawful activities RealSource Properties believe are consistent with the
foregoing; and (8) when required by law or to protect against legal liability. RealSource
Properties may provide any of these services through third parties, which may necessitate
sharing Non-Personally Identifiable Information or Personally Identifiable Information with
them. RealSource Properties may make your information, including Non-Personally Identifiable
Information or Personally Identifiable Information, available on its Site and visible to other
Users of or visitors to the Site. As such, other Users of our Site may be able to personally
identify you based on your information made available on our Site. RealSource Properties may
employ or contract other third parties, companies, or individuals to perform certain functions
or services on its behalf. Examples of these services from such third parties, companies, or
individuals, may include ID verification, electronic document signing, payment storing and
processing, sending postal mail and email, escrow services, disbursement of funds, analyzing
data, providing marketing assistance, and providing customer service. As such, these third
parties, companies, or individuals may have access to your information, including Non-
Personally Identifiable Information or Personally Identifiable Information, needed to perform
their functions or services, and may not use it for other purposes. RealSource Properties may
also use and disclose Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable
Information to help RealSource Properties carry out certain internal functions such as
information management, account processing, client services, or other data collection relevant
to our business; to investigate and help prevent potentially unlawful activity or activities that
threaten the integrity of our Site or network; to protect and defend our rights or property or
the rights or property of others; as required by courts or administrative agencies; and in
connection with a financing, sale, merger, or reorganization of RealSource Properties’ business
or assets. Any successor in interest to our business would acquire the information RealSource
Properties maintains, including Personally Identifiable Information, and may alter the terms of
this Privacy Notice.

If you choose to submit any personal information on any page of the RealSource Properties
Website by completing requests for information or any form (for example, providing your
name, company name, street or email address or your telephone number or submitting your
resume online or signing up for email updates and alerts), RealSource may collect, retain, use
and share that information in aggregated or unaggregated form. RealSource may use your
personal information to respond to your queries, to send you email alerts and updates or other
marketing information about employment, various properties, projects or opportunities, or
related information.

RealSource may use the information you provide to provide you with information about
RealSource and about RealSource’s projects and services, as well as the projects and services of
others. Moreover, RealSource may share your information among RealSource’s affiliates and
with third parties that RealSource believes may provide services of interest to you. Also,
RealSource may from time-to-time transfer information to third parties who analyze such
information on behalf of RealSource. Some of these companies and some of RealSource’s
affiliates may reside in countries other than your own. As a result, your personal information
may be transferred out of the country in which you reside.

Legally compelled disclosure

We will also disclose your personal information when required to
do so by law, for example, in response to a court order or a subpoena or other legal obligation,
in response to a law enforcement agency's request, or in special cases when we have reason to
believe that disclosing your personal information is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal
action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (whether
intentionally or unintentionally) our rights or property.

Bankruptcy

You should also be aware that courts of equity, such as U.S. Bankruptcy Courts,
may have the authority under certain circumstances to permit your personal information to be
shared or transferred to third parties without your permission. If you object to your personal
information being used in this manner, please do not register with or use the Website.

Messaging

The Site permits Users to communicate with other Users posting information on the Site.
RealSource Properties may read, collect, and analyze information transmitted between Users
for regulatory compliance and marketing purposes. However, as explained in our Terms of Use,
RealSource Properties relies on the affirmations of investors, and/or third parties, and
“Accredited Investors” as defined in the Terms of Use. RealSource Properties does not
guarantee that information provided by Site visitors or investors is accurate or complete.
RealSource Properties assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the
content of its Site.

Opt-out Policy

RealSource Properties may at times send you email communications with marketing or
promotional materials. If you prefer not to receive such marketing or promotional emails from
RealSource Properties, you may unsubscribe completely by contacting RealSource Properties
through Contact information. Please note that opt-out requests may take up to forty-eight (48)
hours to process if such request does not adversely affect other Users. If an opt-out request is
made by a User that is actively involved in any investments, such request will be processed on a
case-by-case basis to ensure other Users are not adversely affected. Please also note that at
times RealSource Properties may need to send you email communications that are
transactional in nature such as electronic signature requests which are communications you will
not be able to opt-out of. You will be able to modify the information concerning your account
by visiting your profile page and editing any information you wish to change. You will be able to
view and change your email address, password, financial information, contact information, or
other login information and archive your profiles by visiting your account’s settings page
subject to our Site policy. If you wish to delete your account or need help modifying account
information, please contact us during posted service hours. RealSource Properties will require
up to forty-eight (48) hours to process such requests. RealSource Properties reserves the right
to retain certain Non-Personally Identifiable Information or Personally Identifiable Information
as required by law or to protect against legal liability.

Security

RealSource Properties uses commercially reasonable efforts to secure access to Personally
Identifiable Information in our possession, but will not be liable for any failure to safeguard
such information, whether inadvertent or otherwise. Personally Identifiable Information may
also be stored with third parties who assure RealSource Properties that they will also use
commercially reasonable efforts to secure access to Personally Identifiable Information, but
RealSource Properties will not be liable for the failure of any third party to safeguard Personally
Identifiable Information, whether inadvertent or otherwise. RealSource Properties protects the
security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software,
which encrypts information you input. Wherever appropriate, RealSource Properties will
obfuscate and/or encrypt information in our systems and/or during information transfer.
RealSource Properties will utilize third party service providers who may store on their servers:
social security numbers, addresses, financial information, electronic signatures, and payment
information. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password
and to your computer. Be sure to log off when finished using a shared computer.

Children’s Privacy Policy

The Site is not intended for use by children, especially those under eighteen (18) years of age.
No one under eighteen (18) years of age is allowed to use the Site, provide any personal
information, or receive our email distributions.

Terms of Use

Please take the time to read our Terms of Service, including the limitations on damages and
application of the law of the state of Utah. These terms govern our interactions as a legal
contract, and we welcome and encourage the time you spend becoming familiar with these

continued use of our Site following the posting of any changes to this Privacy Notice means you
accept such changes.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The Site is maintained in the United States of America. By accessing the Site, you consent to
and authorize the export of Personally Identifiable Information to the United States of America
and its storage and use as specified in this Privacy Notice. This Privacy Notice shall be governed
by, construed and entered in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware applicable to
contracts deemed to be made within such state, without regard to choice of law or conflict of
law provisions thereof. All disputes with respect to this Privacy Notice shall be brought and
heard in the State of New York. YOU HEREBY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY WITH
RESPECT TO ANY CLAIM, ACTION OR PROCEEDING, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING OUT OF,
OR RELATING TO, THIS AGREEMENT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Definitions

When we say “we”, or “us”, or “RealSource”, or “RealSource Properties”, or “the Company”, we
mean RealSource Properties Inc., our affiliates, and those agents we use to provide services on
our behalf. When we say “Website" we mean www.realsourceproperties.com,
www.realsource.net, and all other websites developed, owned, or maintained by RealSource
and its affiliates.
