Kim Baker

Director of Human Resources

Kim Baker is the Director of Human Resources for RealSource Properties. Prior to joining the company, she spent time as a Human Resources Consultant, Human Resources Director, and HR Manager at several organizations. She received her master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Utah State University. She also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification (SPHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute and a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) Certification from the Society of Human Resource Management. She is focused on:

• Talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll, and benefits
• Performance management, training, and feedback
• Compliance at federal, state, and local levels
