President

V. Kelly Randall is President of the RealSource Properties group of companies, which includes the RealSource Properties REIT, where he is responsible for managing the company’s nationwide multifamily acquisition and financing strategies. Kelly also oversees acquisitions, asset management and investor relations.

He joined RealSource Properties in 2002 and was soon named Chief Financial Officer. Under Kelly’s leadership, RealSource Properties has acquired multifamily properties with more than 13,800 units with acquisition values just shy of $1 billion.

Prior to joining the company, Kelly spent 12 years at Ernst & Young advising numerous public and privately-owned clients. From 1991 to 2002, Kelly spent 10 years serving in executive positions for various private and public companies. He received his bachelor’s in finance and master’s in accounting from Utah State University and holds a real estate license in the state of Utah.
