Teresa Rose

Senior Vice President of Property Management

Teresa Rose has worked in or alongside every role in multifamily, from Leasing to Community Manager, and from Regional Manager to Senior Vice President of Operations. Her 25-year career includes positions at MAA, Fogelman, and Cottonwood Residential. She received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky. Teresa leads:
